In providing the Mad Dog Alpha platform, Flow Mind AI Inc. acts as a "Data Processor" or "Service Provider" (as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act - CCPA), and you act as the "Data Controller" or "Business."
Flow Mind AI Inc. certifies that it understands the restrictions under the CCPA. We will not sell or share (for cross-context behavioral advertising) the personal information we process on your behalf. We will only retain, use, or disclose such data for the specific purpose of performing the services specified in our Terms of Service.
