Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 23, 2026

1. Introduction

Flow Mind AI Inc. respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use the Mad Dog Alpha SaaS platform.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and login credentials.
  • Usage Data & Cookies: Information on how you interact with our AI agents and platform (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited). We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you logged in and analyze traffic.
  • Payment Information: We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store your full credit card numbers or payment account details on our servers. Stripe collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services to operate and improve them, including for fraud detection. You can read Stripe's privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to provide, maintain, and improve our SaaS platform, process your transactions, provide customer support, and send administrative or technical notices.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting and payment processors) necessary to operate our business, or when legally required to do so by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

5. Your Privacy Rights (CCPA & US State Privacy Laws)

Depending on your state of residence (e.g., California, Texas, Virginia), you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • The right to request access to the personal data we have collected about you.
  • The right to request the deletion of your personal data.
  • The right to opt-out of the sale of your data (Note: We do not sell your data).

To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 9. We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals.

6. Data Retention and Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data. We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with our legal obligations.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our services are not intended for or directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it immediately.

8. Financial Account Data (via Plaid)

If you choose to connect a brokerage or financial account, we use Plaid Inc. to establish the connection. We never receive your brokerage login credentials — they are handled solely by Plaid under Plaid's End User Privacy Policy. We have read-only access and cannot place trades, move or withdraw funds, or make any changes to your account.

Financial data we may collect (depending on your institution and consent settings): account identifiers and account type, account names, balances, holdings (tickers, quantities, and market values), securities metadata, transactions and investment activity, institution-connection metadata, sync timestamps and status, and an encrypted Plaid access token. Sensitive tokens are encrypted at rest, access-restricted, and never written to logs.

How we use financial data: to generate portfolio research and insights, build and maintain watchlists, detect exposure and concentration, generate event-driven alerts, refresh your connected accounts, improve product reliability, and support customer service, fraud, and security monitoring.

We do not sell your financial data, and we do not use your connected brokerage account data to train third-party foundation models.

Sharing: we share this data only with Plaid, with our cloud-infrastructure and security/analytics providers acting on our behalf, and where required for legal or compliance purposes. Mad Dog Alpha is a research tool and is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer.

Your controls: you can disconnect linked accounts at any time within Mad Dog Alpha, review or revoke connections through the Plaid Portal (my.plaid.com), and request deletion of stored financial data. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, billing, or audit purposes.
